you can laugh at me after reading this! What's all about the stars you got guys? how do i get that one? Why does it has different colors? does the color differs?

Well the star is earned at the 100th post. It has different colors for different grades (1 to 10). The grade you receive depends on the quality of your responses and on the pluses and minuses you receive from the other mylot-ers for your posts.

You can laugh too, but I have a star and I don't know what does it mean. I've got a star after my 100th response. I want to know that too.
