I think you should never stop saying I love to the one you love even after being together for years. What do you say?

Yes, "I love you" word is one of the daily ingredient for the relationship's meals. To me, action equals fairly with words. Much better both done at the same time.
I never pick which one is better, because either words or actions from him will be valued the same to feed my emotional needs.

Ya thats true because both actions and words are needed to express oneself in a better way so why take a risk by doing only one thing at a time.

I really do think actions speak louder than words and I think the best thing is to always show them you care just a smile or touching their hand a small kiss just keep on being close always.
