have you happened to like a song that you don't merely understand the lyrics as well the meaning? i happened to like songs of different language. right now i like bu xiang dong de by angela zhang of taiwan's romantic princess. although i don't know what's the meaning, the melody sounds really great to me. before i used to like anatani aitakute by a japan girl singer. they say that it means missing you.

Our music teacher in grade school taught us a Japanese song and even explained line per line the meaning of the song but I never liked it. I do still remember some of the words and I know that it is about sakura (cherry blossom) and how the writer misses those lovely flowers and his/her motherland but I really think the song is just okay. On the other hand, I loved singing "Tatoi arashi ga hokou tomu..." of Voltes V even before I read the translation in the internet. I thinks it's kind of cute and powerful . I also loved the last song they played as they show the credit. Though I didn't get most of the lyrics and I can't sang it, the rhythm is unforgettable.
