do you ever felt guilty?!

Yes, I sometimes feel guilty. Like for example the other day, I made a promise to my kids that I'll read their favorite bedtime stories but then something had came up so I explained it to them that I can't read a book 'coz I forgot that I have a meeting to attend. I could really see in their faces that they were upset and crying. While I was driving heading to my friends' place I was not really comfortable leaving them so upset. So I phoned one of my colleagues and told her that I can't attend the meeting so I drove back home and hoping that the kids were still awake so that I can still read them their fave bedtime stories but it was late, they were already sleeping. I felt so terribly guilty that evening. And I told to myself that next time I'll check my agenda first before making some promises... a feeling of guilt is really killing me sometimes...:)

i really felt guilty when i've done wrong with my girl friend. i promise not to do it again but sometimes some girls tend to get my attention so i can make mistakes to my girl friend, which she doesn't know about it. i really felt guilty on it.

No, I have never think is this way . I always feel happy after doing any thing . I never feel guilty or shamed for anything . Too much believe in me for myself ... Thanks !!!

Guilt is part of life and keeps us from repeating our mistakes. I'm pretty old so I've had a lot of time to do many things that make me feel guilty, some that make me squirm when I think about them and I wish I could take them back. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and realize that there's nothing you can do about those things now, just don't repeat them.
