But what to do to get the first asignment ? Because you need to submit your resume which will depict your past esperiences . If you don't have such experiences , how do expect to get work ?

in the resume you can put your work experience (even if you have worked for company - i have wroked for a company for 13 years putting research data into excel sheels) also guru/elance are charging to get vendor-list. most outsourcing jobs on those sites are for vendors. only very few are available for non-vendor. if you are not vendor then employeers have to invite you to bid for a project. be patience - first watch the activities going on those sites before you proceed further. there are several indian who are vendors and have done excellent jobs. also you can post your past work in there.
