I've returned after my one day forced hiatus with a new ethernet card. My internet is running so much faster now I can barely believe it! It was totally worth the $15.25 that it. All yesterday, I never realized how net dependent I was. I was freaking out as I could check my email and learn about the welfare of a sick friend or receive a email from the ex I still adore (the day before my computer went caput I just sent her a let's try this again email to which there is still no response). And then my loan guy couldn't get a hold of me either. All this caused stress and I couldn't even get it out by posting.
