mobile in class rooms for childrens

Nowadays mobile is becoming an essential in life but is it neccessary for the children?Due to this, children doesn't concentrate on thier studies their mind gets deviated to someother activities.While teaching ,students take their mobile and chat with thier friends inside the class room itself.This takes chidrens those are in grade 11,grade 12,that is plus 1 ,plus 2.Is this a necessity?

the children should not bring mobile phone in shcool. there is a effect on his studies.

Yes you are correct.mobiles deviates the childrens studies.how can we stop this.Give some good ideas
