Hi! I do love those things. I havent seen one of them in ages! I guess the last time that I had one of them was when I was in elementary. A vendor would go up to our classroom during recess and we would take our pick. Sometimes its cassava cake other times it was corn on the cob with the covering still on it. I personally dont like to eat fruits or vegetables or what category cassava belongs to. I just looked at the merchandise decided to try some and I loved it! I still believed I didnt eat cassava at that time. Took me about a year or two before someone told me that it was cassava and I didnt even believe them at first.LOL I just always referred to it as the yellow one.LOL Imagine my shagrin when I was finally told what it was.tsk3 It was just so good that I didnt mind not knowing what the ingredient was. All I knew was that its yellow, has cheese and tastes pretty good.^_^
