it is like getafreelancer and guru. some hub for professionals and clients to work with each other. you bid on a job, and when you win the project its yours. (its not that easy as you think it is). its a site for freelancers. if you are afraid of not being paid for your work just be careful of clients... dont just do the work without downpayment, or paper or other stuffs like that. the usual protocol for professionals.
