Use it or lose it! Help, my interest icons are disappearing.

I've noticed that some of my favorite icon pictures for MyLot interests have disappeared. Could be coincidence. But, I think it's something more. I suspect that my interest icons (pics) are being demoted to the bottom of the pile because I never use them. Most times, I simply use five or ten of my favorite categories (Life, People, TV, Movies, Parenting, etc.) But it's always nice to know I can post a question in the "woman" or "Harry Potter" category if I want. For some reason the interest icons for select categories have gone missing. And, I was wondering if this is a case of use it or lose it? What do you think? Do our category pics get cut back if we don't post to that forum?
