Which laddle do you think is healthy for cooking? STAINLESS , WOODEN or PLASTIC Laddles?? i am currently searching some info on which laddles are TRULY PROVEN as HEALTHY to use in cooking.I have repeatedly heard from some people that wooden laddles are safer and healthy to use than the stainless or plastic ones.Theory wise,I kind of agree on this because of the content of steel and plastic and its chemical reaction to heat.We never know what else composes it.It went through some kind of chemical process. Unlike the wooden laddle which is obviously just a simple bark or parts of a tree. But all the same, i still collect a combination of laddles in my kitchen cupboards. Since there are no proven dangers to health on using plastic or stainless laddles yet--I have a selection of stainless, plastic and wooden laddles to use in cooking. So , what kinds of laddles do you use for cooking? do you know which laddles and their kind are healthy to use for cooking?

I mostly have plastic utensils. I do have a couple things that are stainless steel though but it's not good to use those on coated pans.

I tend to use whatever i can grab. I have mostly plastic and wooden ladles. I don't think that i actually have any metal ladles. I would probably use them if i had them though.

I don't think I have ever had a wooden ladle. We have a few plastic ones and 1 stainless steel one. The plastic ones get used the most often.
