Do you have a special technique for adding tags to your MyLot discussions?

My favorite technique for tagging discussions is to add the same tag to all discussions so that other people can find my other discussions listed at the bottom of the page. It's something that works for me. Then again, most of my discussions deal with everyday life or parenting, so it works out.
Of course, I add a few relevant tags which relate to the specific discussion.
How do you tag your discussions? Do you always tag discussions using the same words? Or, do you use a whole new set of words each time? Do you find that it helps others find your older discussions?

In addition to your other tags, be sure to add a special keyword or phrase (followed by a comma) that only you use. For instance you could tag each discussion with the phrase sdas or sda discussions and then follow that up with a few more keywords.
That would tell others the discussion belonged to you and if someone were looking for all yoru posts, they would certainly pop up in the MyLot search engines and at the foot of your new discussions.
It must be your own phrase, otherwise other people's discussions will pop up at the bottom of the page. Check out some of my other discussions and you'll see how mostly it's just my discussion at the bottom of the page under, "Similar posts". Most of my discussions relate to the same thing, family, kids, relationships, life, so they are really related discussions if you think about it. Hope that info helps. Best wishes here on MyLot. Thanks for dropping by.

I usually end up tagging my own with the same tags, "serious discussion" as most of the time even if it is fun, I'm hoping that by putting that as a tag more people will respond in relevance! lol! Easier to respond to a discussion that way, but I can understand eagerness to make money! Plus, I forget sometimes what the discussion was asking for, or what I wanted to say... woops, off the topic. I will most of the time use "serious discussion" as a tag, and then use different tags. If two discussions tie in I use atleast one other tag that was used in the prior discussion. I'm not sure if it helps others find my older discussions or not, I've just now been searching for keywords or "tags" on mylot's search feature!

Thank you so much beautyqueen26 for your nice info on telling your special technique. Well, I don't think so I do have that, but I just put the same tag (the writer's tag and add one or two relevant tag). Just that...anyway, thank you for sharing your info

I always add relevant tags to my discussions. I want them to be found by people with that interest. The more people who find them, the more respondents I'll get and the more money I'll make. When I post news articles, I'm very descriptive in the tags and use words from the headline so that someone else won't start the exact same discussion, or even if they do, mine will be better responded to because of better tags.
