whip-round:consciousness of warm-hearted or shame of morality?

After WenChuan big earthquake happened,almost everyone chinese people try their best to do what they can do to help the disaster region and people in there.however,we had seen that a lot of netizens take a controversy about the amount of relief donations,even criticise some celebrities for donate too little compare their high income amount.so what do u think about it?whip-round:consciousness of warm-hearted or shame of morality?

I feel whatever people donate to China is what they feel the can affored. People donate to more than one charity so we cannot expect to take all there money! I donate to two charities a month that is all I can affored, I feel Im doing good!
