well coming from a color blind person myself. There is no actual cure. I have been looking into this newer version of contact lenses that will help differentiate colors,but I also know I have come accustomed to knowing if say I think something is brown, well it's really red.
You get used to it, and adjust.
Although my grandfather only saw black and white, so I don't know how that works

though i am an artist
i managed to finish my graduation in arts
but nw i feel its necessary to get permanent or additional cure
i am excellent in drawings
but i feel if i can b same in colors .....
dats y i wana knw

There is no treatment or cure for color blindness. Those with mild color deficiencies learn to associate colors with certain objects and are usually able to identify color as everyone else. However, they are unable to appreciate color in the same way as those with normal color vision.
