Do you read your MyLot private messages right away? Or wait awhile?

I just noticed that I have 2 private messages. I haven't read them yet. So, to the people that sent them, please give me a few moments and I'll get to them. Most times I run over to my private mail box on MyLot to see if anyone has sent me a nice note.
It's nice getting notes from other members. I like hearing good news. At this moment I'm on a deadline and I have to get finished posting on MyLot, before it gets too late. I have to clean the house too. And my little kid wants to spend some time online playing her educational games, so I have to make way for that. So, I'm still busy posting and not reading.
For that reason, I'm not able to answer the private messages, just yet. Do you always read private messages right away? Or, do you wait? Please share.

Oh no I cannot wait to read them, if I get a private message then I have to read it straight away!! I could not contain my curiosity enough to wait to read it, plus if I get too busy then I might forget about it and then whoever sent it might think I am ignoring them.

I did not wait more than an hour before reading the message. It was not very long, after all.

most of times i read them as soon as i see them.only if i am in the middle of a response i wait until i finish the response and then read them.but i must recognise there are times i see them really late so i read them then.with responsing at them is aproblem as i don't answer too quickly

I very rarely get private messages here so I always read them right away. I've yet to receive a private message that required my immediate attention, but somehow I just feel more at ease knowing who is trying to contact me and for what reason they have written me. I also would feel concerned that a person might feel hurt if he or she sees that I am being active on the site but not responding to his or her message. If I was getting tons of private messages each day (especially of the "recruiting" variety), though, I'm sure I wouldn't feel the same way.

Actually, i check my private messages first because i am always curious to see what my friends are writing to me.

I never check my messages or my friend requests right away. I save those for a slow momeny on Mylot. I never get any important messages here, in fact I barely get any messages at all. When I do get them, I wait until not a lot is going on before I check them out. Friend requests are the same way. I let them pile up for a few days and then answer the bulk of them together.

I always like reading messages sent from other members here on this site.
As soon as I notice that I have a new message, I'd quickly tab it open and read whatever my friends here in myLot have sent me. I really like replying to their messages.
