what is your schedule?

I currently have a sparatic schedule with my 2 1/2 year old daughter? I do really good sometimes and I keep her on a 7am - 8pm schedule with a nap from 1 - 3. I have a hard time doing this though. My husband works on a drilling rig. His hours are one week noon - midnight then a week off, and the next week midnight - noon for 7 days. It's hard to keep her in a good schedule. I would like to know what you do during the day? Do you have a day that is completely planned out? or do you just have nap time and bed time set at certains times? If you have a whole day planned out what do you do? When do you have play time, craft time, reading, ect.? How long does each activity last? Any ideas you have or if you would share you planned day with me for examples I would appreciate your time in this.
