Do you take bad omens as a good sign?

If you think about it, there's something good about bad omens. They're like little warnings that evil or hard times are on the way. Maybe a second chance to mend one's way or take an alternate path before it's too late. So, I guess they're not all that bad.
Do you believe in omens? Or, signs and signals? Do you use them to guide your path through life and avoid the pitfalls? Have you ever ignored a bad omen or sign and then had something bad happen? Are there good omens?

I believe very strongly in signs, I have ignored signs in the past and ignoring them has come back to haunt me. Sometimes a few things have to happen before I think that maybe something is trying to tell me something.
Only recently I can say that I have noticed signs a lot more, it is like I can see them now and they offer me directions to go in life, I still am not following properly the recent signs I have been shown, but I am making the effort to follow them properly.

The most common that I have often encountered and eventually looked at as a good sign is those times when I cross paths with black cats.
I think of them as being lucky than being bad omens, as most of those who do believe on omens and signs consider, since how often do you cross paths with real black cats?

Anything on earth has its good and bad side. Omens are omens and if you believe on it then its true to you. But if you dont believe on it thats not true. For me its like intuition, and if it helps then its good. If it beings you bad luck then it is bad.
