So with the rising cost of pretty much everything I pretty much only buy things that are on sale. This includes at the grocery store as well. I have become a faithful coupon clipper. SO when I went to the grocery store this weekend Jello was on sale. So I stocked up. But I don't just want to make Jello with it. Anyone have any recipes that they are willing to share that uses Jello?

My mom makes squares with jello. You start with a graham crumb base (graham crumbs with butter and a little sugar) Then you make the jello top. Add the boiling water to the jello powder, but instead of cold water you add two cups of vanilla ice cream. Stir until the ice cream is melted and all mixed in. Pour the mixture over the crust and place it in the fridge to set. It is a delicious and refreshing summer dessert.

Reminds me of the story of the rock band, considering hiring a cello player - Why would they do a think like that? -- "There's always room for cello ..." :: awaits rotten fruit throwing from cello players ::
