raincoats

Do you use raincoats. When we were young, we have our raincot to protect us from rain. But when we grow older we dont use it anymore. Here in our place, our policemen, street workers, guards, men in the streets uses raincoat duing rainy days. Instead of using raincoat we just use our umbrella or jacket with hood. Do you use raincoat when it rains.

I haven't had a raincoat in a very long time. I had one when I was young like you did. My kids had some really cute raincoat when they were little, but I can count the times they actually wore them. When I worked in an office back east, I had a nice trenchcoat that I wore in all kinds of weather and that doubled as a raincoat. Now I carry a small umbrella in the car and that's about it.

At least we b oth experienced using raincoats when we were young. Those were the days when we love to play under the rain but uses the raincoat when we go to school or to somewhere else. Thanks for the response.

when i was little i had a bright red raincoat, with it i could play and run in the rain, maybe that's why kids have to wear them. Now i just wear a big coat, it's m ore stylish and bring an umbrella. i spend my time mostly indoors, so no need for raincoats. :)

When we are kids we are also using raincoats during rainy days. Now we use umbrella and coat when raining. Thanks for the response.

I never used raincoats. My mom prefers to buy umbrella over raincoats. So I grew up with an umbrella in my bag.
