Is mylot depriciating day by day?

I've been working in mylot for last 1 year and i've yet not seen a good change in it and number of users have also not increased in this time. Is this true? and if it is then the rason behind this is that the work to be done here is more and it's hard for them who are using cafes to surf and earn on mylot?
