Tips on how to remain faithful.

I started this topic so I could get tips on how to remain faithful to one's GF or wife. I mean when there is that temptation specially in your work. You spend longer times with a woman, by that you started to know her and story ends with you falling. How can one avoid this. thanks

the answer is "don't fall for the other girl". I don't believe our feelings is out of our control. we can control it. And if we really love our girlfriends, we won't get astray.
ask yourself: how important is your girlfriend for you? your relationship? would you give your girlfriend and your relationship up for the other girl?
For me, it is not a question of "how can you be faithful?" but "are you faithful?"
If you are not faithful to your girlfriend, be a man and break up with her.
