If am tired of deleting spam mails... Any solution

If you are using free email then you can't stop the spam the best you can do is report it as spam mail. if you have bussiness mail you can block spam mail using filtering.

I use gmail service and I get many spam emails every day,but since gmail's storage capacity is so big and is growing every second that I don't worry that my email box will be full.I just ignore the spam emails and leave them as it is.

The only 100% sure way is to cancel your internet access. I have muliple email addresses that I use for different things. Never use your personal email to post anything anywhere. SPAM is the price we pay for being connected to billions of people worldwide. I'm willing to put up with SPAM to have that connectivity.

which mail service you use ? Gmail & yahoo mail have better mechanism to prevent spam mails coming to Inbox ...
