What kind of attitude/characteristic of a person that annoys you and really gets on your nerves?
Irresponsible people annoys me very much. It's because it's one attitude/trait that doesn't only affect the person himself but also the people around him. His workmates, friends and family are the ones affected when he decides to forget about his obligations in life and sit pretty while other people cannot trust him anymore he still wouldn't care less.

I can't stand with people who are hypocrite, pretending to be good yet not, pretending to be someone else etc... I hate to hang out with them and there are times that I can't avoid especially if they are friends of friends. I will just shut up. I can't really stand to be with them!

Hypocrisy really annoys me. I can't stand it when people say one thing and do another. My mother-in-law does this a lot and it's really annoying. She goes to church and acts like this really nice, good Christian woman, but she completely acts another way sometimes. I guess you could also call it being two-faced which can sometimes be the same thing.

I cannot stand when a person is really arrogant and loudmouthed, but never really makes any good points and doesn't really talk about much of anything. I hate when a person wants to argue just to be "right" but won't consider what the other person is saying. Close-mindedness is another one. I also don't like when people try to argue about something, but have no facts to back up their argument... or they spout their own opinions as fact, when they aren't at all and try to get other people to believe what they are saying is true.

Irresponsibility can be a nuisance. I find people who always have to be right highly annoying. Some, if confronted with the truth, will twist things around long enough to be able to claim that they had said so in the first place. Behavior like that puzzles me to no end.
