Air condition timer

Hello. I have dormitories in the Phils with air conditioners. I want to limit the usage. I need programmable timers. Example, I want to set the timer to 300hrs/month. Everytime the air con is turned on, the timer counts down until it reaches zero. Should the zero be reached, then the air con will not turn on again. Do you have this kind of timer? The air con should be connected to the timer. So when the air con turns on, the timer starts, and when the aircon is off, the timer stops. Thank you Anne Marie
