Do your muscles feel sore when you wake up in the morning?

My bed is not very comfortable. For some reason I've been waking up with sore muscles this past few weeks. Maybe it's just a sign that I'm getting older. I don't regret getting older. I've had plenty of years with good health and no aches and pains. If things are changing, then I guess, it's about time. But, I will miss waking up pain free. Maybe I just need more activity during the day. Do you find that you get sore now, more than when you were younger? Do you wake up in pain? What do you do for aches and pains? Should I buy a better mattress? Please share your tips.

I've been really stressed lately. Maybe something's waking me up at night and so I'm not getting good sleep. Guess that could make a person feel sore in the morning.

I know mine do. We really need a more comfortable mattress. I think it would help alot.

I sometimes wake up with my back being stiff and sore. I think it is more of the way that I sleep rather than me getting old. My hands and arms fall asleep in certain positions when I am sleeping and so I have to lay a different way because it keeps me awake. I think sometimes I just fall back asleep in the wrong position. I usually feel better after I get up and moving around. If the pain sticks around I take some Aleve. I would suggest maybe getting a mattress pad. One of those memory foam ones and see if that helps before going out and spending all that money on a new bed.

None, unless we did too more exercise yesterday. Maybe I am young ,I am 21 years old . If I have aches and pains.I will go out for a walk or play TV games .It's can make me forget the sore.
