Well, I detest chicken skin. I think it is yucky. So I tell them I want a well-skinned chicken, that too, if I buy chicken in the first place. Usually, I steer clear of chicken. I feel it is loaded with drugs. What about you? Your honest feelings about chicken, I mean, Chicken Skin? Cheers and happy mylotting!

Chicken skin is definately better than the milk from heated milk :-) If chicken skin is cooked so that it goes crispy, then I'll eat it. Otherwise it's good for making chicken stock for use in soup, or else the cats will enjoy a rare treat. there's no way I'd want to eat chicken skin that wasn't crispy. It's all stretchy and chewy and eeeeeuwg.

Chicken skin sucks!! My Mom loves it, and sometimes, she gets angry when I get home skinless chicken!! Now milk skin is something different! I spoon it out of the vessel and put it on top my tea. Mmmmmmm.... By the way, how do you get chicken skin to become crisp? It has a yucky, rubbery texture doesn't it?

If you put your chicken on the grill most of the skin will crisp up. I like to baste the chicken with some sort of sauce first. Barbeque is one of my favourites, though you don't see that much here, or chilli in oil. We have outdoor chicken retaurants at our local markets which are just superb. EU regulations have shut down almost all the others, so I'm making the most of this one whilst it still exists!

When I was younger I used to LOVE eating chicken skin. I thought it was the best. Now the thought of eating it makes me sick.
