Lsck of physical activity attributes to over 1.9 million deaths globally.Physical inactivity increases the rise of cardiovascular diseases by 1.5 times. These alarming facts revealed by World Health Organistion are our wake up call to modify our lifestyle. So that we must do at least 30 minutes of walking daily. Walking is a natural to us as breathing,unlike jogging or cycling. it poses not threat to leg muscles being pulled or spraining of back,because the whole mechanism is too deeply ingrained in us . walking has host of benefits too. What is your openion about the health ? How We have to maintain our health to prevent from deadly diseases?
