I am a stay-at-home mom in need of some additional income. The paid to click sites take so long to reach payout with... I don't want to be confined to a computer all day... I want something I can do that I can bring in at least $150.00 every week. I don't want to spend so much time on the Internet. I only have basic computer skills. I am not good with coding and HTML. I am very confused when it comes to affiliate marketing.. I am so unable to get referrals. I need a fast way to make money, but legitimately... So what can I do to make some extra cash... Again, not one that will take very long for me to reach payout with.. If it is a paid to click site, it can't be too many emails... Thanks for any and all suggestions.

I get some money from surveys. You're more of the target audience than I am, you could make even more! If you'd like a list of the survey sites that I make money from, just pm me. I don't make any money for referring you except on a couple, but I'm happy to share. I just got a few checks, from 3 of them, for a total of $30. Not bad for a few minutes a day, you won't get rich but it certainly helps out!

Most survey site's are legit, but you wont earn the type of money that you are seeking from them. I have been on a UK only survey site for around 3 month's and ive made £13 ($26). I would think I would meet alot of criteria as I have children, I work/pay tax and generally thing's that people would need to know about pricing/bringing out new product's. From all my survey site's I signed up for over the last 3 month's I have probally only made around £35 ($70) and over 3 month's that is stupid money.

Yes, I just hope that there is no registration fee. And in order for me to get paid do I have to qualify for the survey? Also, do they accept credit cards? If so, I haven't got one.. I have never had a credit card in my entire life..

The way you have depicted your problems and options, I strongly believe that a great career is awaiting in the form of freelance writer. There are a lot of websites that actually offer genuine job for freelancers. So, my strong recommendation for you is to start it now.

You know what?, this has crossed my mind before... Is this a hard task??? What is this like? Do you have to pay a fee to start?

You know what?, Yes I have little idea about such jobs. Actually I took up few contracts. Is this a hard task??? No. Not that much like scripting etc. You can have full control over the volume you want to cater. Keep it within your limit initially. Then consider increasing output. But never overdo it. The toughest job is to deliver the finished work within a extremely stipulated time frame. So try to focus on subjects over which you have some information. What is this like? There are two types of jobs - one is to write independent articles, and another one is to rewrite existing articles. Do you have to pay a fee to start? There are websites like getafreelancer where you can register for free and search for freelance writers jobs. But obviously there are websites which offer such jobs against some initial deposit. Always be careful before paying any charges to any website. Ask them to show testimonials.

Like one user said, you have to put the time and effort in (sometimes money too) to earn x amount of money on the internet. I personally think that all these people that brag about earning hundreds/thousands off the net each month are full of it and are trying to sucker you in by getting you as there referal's. Sit all day at your computer earning x amount and running up your electric bill costing x amount, you might only be left with a tiny amount each month. I know you are a stay at home mom, but really if you want to make money I would say get a real job when your partner is not working, or ask a family member/mate to babysit a few hour's. The only benefit I can think of that working at home offer's is the tax free side of thing's as you could get away easily without declaring it to the tax man.

Yes, I have to agree on that one! I have considered working outside of home. But the thing is I have a bad back.. I can't stand up for so long..Finding a job that will pay me as I am sitting down is complicated... I just don't want a job that is going to take up so much of my time.. I know that others feel the same way that I feel..

The thing is, I don't even know how to build a website. Let alone a standard one..
