Mostly in WAHM i see telecommuting jobs, but those doesnot suit to residents of NON US CITIZENS
Err.. i have been searching a while to find some useful links to find forums that helps me to start a career in earning online by writing.

I have found this too. If you live outside the US there are very few "online jobs". But I do have a website that might help you. I will add you as a friend. Remind me to send you the link.

Hello,
I've heard of the Online Cash System before and even was going to try it but didn't have time for the conference call. Please let me know if this is really legit and completely free? My website is dedicated to finding ways to make legit money online and weed out bad ones. I don't want to waste my time or just have to look for tons of referrals though. Thanks.

Yes, the Free Online Cash System is completely free. And there are at least four conference calls in the week, sometimes 5. It is worth spending that time to see if it's something that would interest you.
But, it may not be right for you, because you need to find referrals for it to be successful. But then again, it's free, and each referral is at least $150 in your pocket if they are Canadian and US, plus the residual income if you enter the 1Up system.
Let me know if you have any questions. I've prepared an email that really breaks it down without having to attend the call to find out all about it. If you would like that, add me as a friend and request it. I'd be more than happy to send it along.

You could try elance.com. They have a lot of available opportunities, but you have to bid on jobs and you have to remember, there is a fee to them. It's not an upfront fee, but you have to remember it when you bid on a job, it's, like 6% to 8% or something. Still, not bad if you're looking.
