Do you do any dutch oven cooking when you camp?

My husband keeps telling me that if I get any more cast iron cookware that he's going have to get heavier axles on the camper! We like to do at least one meal in the cast iron dutch oven when we camp, and I have a smaller one that we do dessert in. I'm trying to talk my husband into building me a dutch oven table out by the grill so that I can use them more often.
