Obviously it is a great miss. But fortunately my mother is still with us. At the day's end returning back to home I like so much to see her sitting in the bed. We talk a lot about different events and happening. It is a great pleasure for me doing so.

I'm so sorry you missed all those years with your mother!
My mother is 83 now and she's slowing down and getting frail. It's so strange to see her that way and I can't imagine life without her. She stays with me a few months every year to escape hurricane season and it's a joy to have her.

Yes my mother is still alive she is 63 years old. But my partner's mother is not he lost his mother when he was six he often wonders if his life would have been different if his mother lived as he was brought up by his eldest sister. He also misess his mother alot.

Sorry to hear that you lost your mother when you were still a child when the need for a mother is more. Mother has no parallel in this world. I lost my affectionate mother about two years ago. For me not a day passes without remembering her. Fortunately she saw all her grandchildren.

My mom is still alive. She just turned 51 last May 21 and we made a big celebration for that. Well we always celebrate her birthdays although this recent one is such a big celebration and it's like a family reunion of her. My mom has only 2 grandchild. I wish we can spend a lot of times with her and we're praying her good health.

My mother is still alive although we almost lost her to a stroke ten years ago. She never quite fully recovered but is losing functionality again now, which is very sad especially since I can't be there for her because I live so far away. I talk with her on the phone almost weekly but haven't seen her in four years. Just can't afford the airfare.
She has five grandchildren (three of which are from me and she hasn't seen my last one yet) and may even see a great-grandchild as my oldest nephew will be 27 this year and is in a serious relationship.
