What is the best way to make homemade Spaghetti Bolognaise

My partner made Spag Bol for our tea tonight, it was lovely. he inserts a secret recipe lol. Everytime i make Spag bol i never seem to get it right.
What is the best way to make it?
What special recipe do you put in it?
How can i add a little extra taste to it?
Please tell me so i can suprise ma partner and cook up a nice Spag bol some time soon for him.

I have no idea what spaghetti bolognaise is, but it doesn't sound that great to me.
Can you give me an idea what it is?

its itallian, made up of mince meat, tomatoes, onions, touch of garlic, dolmio sauce, with spagetti or pasta.
