In India for applying a clerical job minium qualificatin required is graduation.But for contesting MLA (MEMBER OF LAGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY) AND for MP(Member of parliament) no such formal education is required.Really it is a very bad situation . People those are MLA,MPs thay are ruling the country still they don't have any such compulsory education like clerical job.Still they are getting high status,handsome salary.My question is how to come across this type of situation.Or else what steps to be taken to sort out the problem.Can we blame ourself for this type of situation.Is this type of problem prevailing in any other country.
