2 eggs 2 c. mozzarella cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion flakes or dried chopped onion toppings of choice *see notes* Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small mixing bowl combine eggs, cheese, garlic powder and onion flakes. Mix well until throughly incorporated. Pour out onto a lightly sprayed (nonstick spray) baking sheet and press around in a circle until about 1/4 inch thick. Add toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges get golden brown and bubbly. Let cool 10-15 minutes before cutting. Note: Add sauce sparingly. Too much will cause it to be soggy and not easily hand held.
