Mobile youtube

I've been trying to get mobile youtube to work on my phone since they had mobile youtube up and running. I have a 8525 AT&T phone. Its a photo, video phone but I can't seem to get mobile youtube to work on my phone. I tried to download real player on my phone but it won't work either. It gives me a error message. How can I get mobile youtube to work.
