what is your favorite way of cooking your banana?

Wow, banana yum! i actually like banana in whatever way it was cooked. I like it as Bananna Cue (i don't know the spelling, haha!), I like it as turon too!!, and I also like is fried..., or boiled...what I'm talking about is the "Saba" type of banana. But, my most favorite way Saba is cooked is when it is cooked as "Minatamis na Saba" (What's the english term for this?) It's boiled Saba (Banana) cut into coin-like pieces and then cooked again with caramelized brown sugar, it's different with BananaCue as the brown sugar serves as the sauce or pudding...It's yummy!

Hey you made me go crazy thinking about banana,specially saba.It's been 3 years since my last taste of banana cue,banana con yelo,boiled banana,and my ever favorite banana fritter/turon with langka.All i can do now is wait until the next summer,then i would feast with this food...until i gain another 5 kg.Would you believe I used to eat as much as 2 sticks (2 medium sized banana each stick)of banana cue each snack.lol

I liked banana split too and deep fried banana.. Deep fried bananas is actually very popular in my country and they are called as Goreng Pisang too.. Have u heard of it b4?? hehe

Im getting hungry now! LOL I love bananas! Cooked or raw I loved it! LOL For me banana que is still the best. I also want banana con yelo hehehehe.

I love saba when just cut into halves then fry in oil with butter or margarine. The saba must be fully ripe and sweet because I do not want to put sugar, I want the natural sweetness of bananas.

i used to mix condensed millk and that cream thing than put some banana on it then some snow flakes, i think it's really good! you should try it!
