from paiddragon. Just received 17cents to my PayPal account. This is one of my favorite PTR. Okay, so you get flooded with mails everyday and the rate per ad isn't much but what I like about them is that they are communicative and consistent. They support GPTboycott meaning they will never ever put up ads of sites that are listed as scams. And they usually make announcements every time they spot a scam site. Wait, that's not all... the best part? there's no minimum for payout. as soon as you reach 1 cent you can request payout. Anyone interested? Please go to my blog. I'm working on the payment proof right now. Please note that if you're the kind of person who hates to get tons of ad-mails everyday, do not join (or you can just opt to have the ads sent to your paiddragon account inbox).

This sound's like a really great site & I may if I get around to it, check it out. It's definitely a great site to build up a downline with considering people can reach payout more or less instantly and receive a payment not too long after. G'luck to you on this site, and many others, =P

The problem with such small amounts is that if you have a premier account with paypal that you end up paying more for receiving the money. Sometimes more than the amount itself. Unless they pay using mass-pay. In that case paypal charges them instead of you. Maybe you can tell us if this one uses mass pay? If they do then it's not a problem. If they don't then I think it's not a good idea.
