How can I get $600 million funding to create a Hogwartz school of magic?

I need to buy 50 acres of land near a forest. The Hogwartz Express will be a narrow guage line running beside a forest and a river or better still the sea. The building will be built in stone and mortar (clay + cement) with detachable staircases just like fire engines have. Whole cabins with teachers in them will dissappear into the wall and we shall also have krestels (comodo dragons) and hippogriffs (condors) on site in large (60 X 60 X 60 metres) cages. The students will learn the art of telepathy (occlumency), psychopathology (defence against the dark arts), zoology (exotic animals), ayurved (potions), homeopathy (poisons), network computing (marauder's map), database technology (pensieve), motivational speaking and yoga (charms). I love the Harry Potter books 1) because they are very well written books. 2) because they are not about the good guy and the bad guy but they potray each character with their unique failings. I just love the way Rowling has achieved this 3) I don't think anything that has been written in the books do not exist in the world in some way or the other, right now. It is a question of perspective. Hogwartz is just a concept where exceptionally brilliant kids go to learn to cope with their talents. It has nothing to do with so-called magic (or everything to do with it as some people always create magic where ever they go) I want to give anyone who donates $100 (invests?) into this project one share.
