Well, you can do the opposite of what we're doing. I'm trying to lose weight. However, you can increase the amount of calories to take in everyday and make cure you take in more than you burn. That's an almost assurance that you'll gain weight. And, keep it consistent. You can take supplements or gain muscle. The latte which is better and healthier, and you'll get much stronger. Nonetheless, seek help from a nutritionist and/or another doctor. Cardiologists can help maintain your health since increasing weight increases health risks such as high cholesterol. And most of all, believe you can. :)

hai, being thin may also related to the heredity of your family. To increase weight take dairy products like Milk, Curd, ghee etc. frequently, which can help to gain weight. Eating chocolates & Ice creams also help to some extent. Try it. Bye.

You probably have a high metabolism. My husband has the same problem. He used to weight about 135 pounds at 6 feet, 4 inches tall, so he was SO skinny. He told me once that a doctor told him he would have to eat 3,000 calories a day to gain any weight. As he has gotten older, his metabolism has slowed down slightly and he now weighs 150 pounds. I am not a nutritionist, so I can't tell you exactly, but a good way to try to gain weight is to try to eat more protein. Talk to a nutritionist if you really want to develop a diet specifically for you so that you can gain some weight.

It's a shame there aren't any fat banks where people could donate their fat for others to use (similar to blood banks.) I'd be a willing donor and could probably make a fortune. I am losing weight naturally, but I still have a long way to go.

I want to be fatter too! I am a girl with 40kilos only. And I have gone to many doctors to see why my weight didn't increase at all. My situation was quite similar as yours. And two month ago, I went to a Chinese traditional doctor, he told me that my problem was not about how much i eat, but my body per se. He said that my degistion and absortion were very poor. And then he gave me a list of Chinese traditional medicine. I kept eating those medcicine for two month, and now my weight is about 42kilo.

I think people get fatter when they grow older. So, don't worry, friend. I am thin too, I am 1.76 meters tall, and my weight is 62 kilograms. I think I will get fatter in the future. If you donot want you to look like a slender rod, you can do some body building.

My doctor referred me to a dietician to help me gain weight and eat healthily. It's definitely helped me; i've gained 1 stone (14 pounds) so far.
