I have wanted the Wii Fit ever since my son showed me the video of what you can do with it. A couple weeks ago I was in town and thought I would stop by Toys R Us and pre-order it. WRONG! They were no longer taking pre-orders. Then we went to Circuit City with no luck because they don't do pre-orders. Gamestop was next on the list but guess what? They no longer were taking pre-orders. Our last stop was Wal-mart and it was the same story, no more pre-orders. I came home and checked at Walmart.com and they were still allowing pre-orders plus I got a $10 gift card. Well today is the day that the UPS man will bring me my WII Fit! I am so excited I can't stand myself. I hate exercising and I am hoping this will help me loose 100 lbs and get my life back. So who else ordered Wii Fit?

Yes, we love the Wii. It is so fun and interactive. My 63 old mom got diamonds for Christmas and then she played the Wii at our house and took her diamonds back the next day and bought the Wii. How funny is that?

Yes I bought it, I am 27 days in and I have lost a total of ~8 pounds. I eventually had to pay $130 for it and I am hoping to GOD that Wii will come out with new games that incorporate the Wii Fit board (snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, etc...). It is a great way to get up in the morning, get your small workout and feel good about yourself throughout the day. As with all Wii games I have played it is kinda cheesy but that is the enjoyment of it... it doesn't take anything too seriously. It will monitor your weight and BMI daily and show you if you are on track to losing the amount of weight needed to hit your goal (which you setup). Trying to lose 100 pounds using just the Wii Fit is going to be really difficult... it focuses more on balance and coordination than on hard-core weight loss... Wish you the best of luck! Zelo
