Thinking about starting my child in modeling.

Hello, I have three beautifully mixed children (Korean & Black) and everywhere we go we always get stopped by people saying they should be in commercials, film, modeling, etc. They often say they look like Kamora Lee's children. They were once scouted by an agent in LA, but at that time my oldest was only 3 and my husband didn't want "crazy" people looking at our kids publicly in ads and what not. My oldest is now 4 1/2 and loves to pose for the camera and would be great in a commercial. I'm thinking about starting her in modeling, but I know it would be a huge time sacrifice and all that. Of course, if she ended up not liking it, we would be done, no questions asked. I just think she would really enjoy herself. Has anyone had experiences in this? I don't want to put her in pageants or anything. What are the pros, cons, and any advice? Thanks.
