How do you fold and store your sheet sets?

I always spread my full sheet upside down over the top of my bed. Then I spread the fitted sheet upside down on top of the full sheet. I then fold in the elastic ends nice and neat and have neat corners so they will lay flat. After that I put my pillowcases spread out in the middle, they fit perfectly. Then I start folding in the edges of the full sheet to fold over flatly over the fitted sheet edges. Then I fold down again and again. Then I am ready to fold the other way and they store so nicely that way. Well, I just read an excellent idea on Platinum Lounge. A person suggested to store the sheet set in the pillow case. So my sheet sets are folded so they will fit perfectly in the matching pillow case. Then I put that in a vacuum seal storage bag and vacuum all the air out and then walah! in the closet without much space taken up at all! How do you fold and store sheet sets?

Oh my gosh. I feel like a slob. I've never been particular about folding my sheet sets. Though I will keep this in mind. Always can use spare space!

Sounds good. I wish I knew how to fold a fitted sheet and make the elastic edges straight. I could never do that. I even clean houses, and one lady sometimes has me fold her laundry and the sheets are in there. I just do my best but it looks messy. I've always stored my own sheet sets in the pillowcase. I always thought I was the originator of that idea. Lol!

That is a great idea. On the fitted sheet, when I lay it out on the straightened full sheet. I straighten the fitted sheet as well as I can. Then take the corners and fold as square as I can. Then after all is folded it is as straight like it has been ironed. Thanks for the post and God bless.
