my uncles want min pin pups

my uncles both want a puppy from one of my grandma's three male min pins but my grandma has not tried to find him a mate yet.they have been waiting several months, is it or would it be ok to ask someone here, or is this wrong to do?? he is a little over a year old and has his papers. she has been wanting to do this,but does not know how to go about it. that is probably why she has not done it yet. can anyone give me any suggestions for me to help her get on the right track? thank you every one in advance for any replies
