Everyone needs space and being in a crowded situation with little personal space can be very difficult to bear. It would be good to try and use some public place and make it your own private space. I like to go to places like a church when there is no one around and use it to get some privacy for my thoughts. A park, a rooftop might be useful.

You are lucky to have a mom that takes care of you and still have the strength and courage to help others that have been abused or damaged in any way. You can find some place, maybe in the outside of your house, or a park or maybe you can have some good friends at a church and have a good time with them. There is a place where nobody can get in, that is your mind and your heart. I can be with many people around me and still be alone with me. My mind can not be invaded by anything or anyone if I don't let them. May God help you and try to be balanced. My regards to your mother. We need more people like her.
