Business plan to set a Laundry business

My name is Phindi, from Cape Town, South Africa. I'm thinking of opeing my own laundry business. For most of us in the Township we have to travel far for this kind of service, as it not available in our areas. Now in order for me to do this I need to produce a business plan to the bank for funding. Can someone help?
