American Airlines will charge for checking baggage..What do you think about it?

American Airlines is planning to cut some of its domestic flights and to now start charging $15 for the first bag checked... What do you think about charging fees to check bags along with the fees for extra leg space, for snacks, etc. ?

well I think they are trying to make up all the money they can I will just carry mine on nexttime I fliy but I never use them. I use Southwest just hope they dont start doing that too

Well, just think about this. My guess is that due to our economy being down in the dumps every single airline company would have to charge fees for luggage checks whenever it comes to trips by air. So be careful about your budget. So plan way ahead. Right?

Well, with our economy down in the dumps, I think every airline company would have to charge certain fee for each bag/luggage checked whenever it comes to your trips by air. Right? So everything has gone up due to poor economy right now. So I am going to support your opinion about airlines.
