What are the stars before the names?

The stars indicate the user's rating / reputation. The higher the star, the more positive ratings the member has had. I think my star is at 9, which is rather high as the highest star rating is 10. You need about 200 posts or something like that to get your first star rating I think.

The star before ur name will you get one after reaching 100 posts and it's rated by members in mylot. People rate ur posts with that + and - on the right side of every post. That doesnt mean anything other then population and you doesnt earn more from that. the highest number is 10 and lowest is 1 Happy Mylotting
