PARTY all night long!!!!!

I am soooooooo tired this morning and not because I partied all night long!
We live in a four unit building with two units on the bottom and two on the top. We live in one of the bottom units and are the oldest people in the building at thirty years old! There is a child in every unit...Young single mothers are the norm here with guys floating in and out and loud music at all times of the day and night and parties and drinking all the time!!! The children seem to roam around as they please and the oldest one is around six...My son is the only one that does not run around and come and go as he pleases...it is very sad and dangerous...I feel so bad for these kids 
So, to share about last night, I came in from work at 9:30 and things were already jumping upstairs!!! I finally went to bed at 11:30 and things were still jumping....When my husband left at 2:30AM for work, things were still jumping!!!! I don't think things got quiet much before 3:30 or 4AM now it is 10:30AM and I guess she is vacuuming up there!!! How do they live like this? Where are the children in all of this? What do you think of all of this? Did you or do you live like this? What is the fun in living like that? Sorry, but I just don't understand and now I am tired and I have to go into work later to close the store and so will be very tired tonight!! :(

Oh Poor Heavens I do know exactly how that feels! I used to live in a block of 8 , 2 on each floor and although by that time I had left my ex husband and was on my own with Niall I worked 2 jobs and although I liked to party my son was my first priority - in fact the other people used to have lots of parties which used to keep me up when I was at home - not good when I was trying to combine 2 jobs with caring for my infant son.
I wish there was something you could do about this - are there noise laws in your area? I know your son probably slept through it as mine used to but it still affects him if you are not getting sleep! Hugs xxx

My dear Mo!
There are noise by-laws but calling the cops is useless...They won't get kicked out of the building Plus, there are very young children involved and it is three different young Mom's...A very difficult situation!!

Me Too....Two of them are younger than my boy and the other about a year older than mine....So sad!!!

That does not sound like much fun for you at all, I am sorry you have to put up with all that. I think that it is terrible and very inconsiderate of your neighbours to be so noisy. No fun for you at all.xx

Thanks Rose...Ironically it has gotten a little better since I posted this and I hope it continues as it is happening much less frequently!

I think it is terrible and I guess that the Children will be joining them or locked in the Bedroom, this is what I keep saying that is how Children grow up and commit Crime, bullying and things like that because the Parent does not care and it makes me so angry
I am sorry you have to go through that it is awful

There are some persons who love to party. But I always say when you are partying remember your neighbours. I am not the partying type but I think these person who are inconsiderate should always think about the ones that they are affecting. Yes you can enjoyed yourselves with the music at a minimum level. Also seeing that you guys are living so close.

The sad thing is that there is a two year old up there...I have no idea where he was in all of this or how he ever sleeps! I think the other two units are in on these parties also (which brings another boy around a year and a girl around six into the picture!) It is so ridiculous not to mention how it affects us...but the children!!!!
