Would You Change It If You Could...

A week or so ago I contacted MyLot to ask if there were anyway to change my id…just curious about it. Turns out the only way you can is to delete the whole account and start over…not what I want to do. When I joined I used the id twoey68 b/c it was what I was using for other stuff at the time.
If I had the chance to change it now I’d either make it typist68 (Hubby always calls me typist) or pookie (his nickname for me). However, since I can’t change it I guess I’ll be forever twoey68 here.
Are you satisfied with your id here? Would you change it if you could? What would you change it to?

Well I am kinda used to this one by now.
If I was going to change it, I would want it to reflect my true self.
It would be something like AlwaysRight, Lord&Master, AllKnowingOne,
LadyKIller, MrFantastic, or maybe just Cavey.
Modesty prevents me from suggesting anything overly pretentious, so I'll just stick to these mild and accurate possibilities.

I am satisfied with what I have so I probably wouldn't change it.If any of my friends do change, I hope they remember me and request me again...

If I could I would definitly change mine too. I just used the first thing that came to mind when I joined and that was my name without a space between them. Actually I am kidding as it really isn't my name but my middle name and my maiden name. But I would still love to change it. I use this name with most of the older sites I work but on the newer ones I use a different name as I have come up with a better one that suits me. It would be nice if we could change it but all the sites I work on, there is no option to change it, so I guess that the computer world doesn't like changes on our names.

I don't like mine and I don't feel comfortable telling everyone why. But, yes...I would change it if I could. To what? Hmmmm! That's a tough one! I actually don't have a name I would change it to. Maybe Opal's Brain Twin! LOL! If you don't get that, let me explain. I am a huge Big Brother fan and I do a lot of discussions about it. One other fan (Opal) and I have taken to calling one another Brain Twin so, that might be a good new name for me! LOL! Otherwise, maybe I would change it to MyHandAsABlogger since that is my blog. Or, JustBloggin since that is my blog name. But, I don't want to give up what I have built here and, it would be a hassle to inform everyone of who I used to be so, I think I will just forever be Cortjo73!

Wow that isnt worth changing a whole account over. I dont want to for two reasons. I dont want my friends to confuse me with anyone and secondly my daughters name is sophia and I'm her mom she was born 9-11-07 so thats were the 911 comes from!

I like my I.D. name here at mylot and I don't think I would change it. I would hate to not like it after awhile because I couldn't change it because no way am I going to start over after coming so far with this one.

I never really thought about it. I figured that since you can update some things you could change your id too. Hum....

Hmm, I don't particularly like my user name here but I don't know if I would change it. When I signed up for mylot I didn't know what it was so I just used the name I started using for other internet money sites.
I would make mine a little more personal if I were to change it. I have no idea what that would be though.
On the other hand, everyone already knows me by this id and if I changed it might cause too much confusion.

I'm keeping my current name, even if I could change it. It says that I am a New Zealander and an Australian! Ok, so I was born in NZ and now live permanently in Australia!

At first I was not really happy with the name that I had to use, it took me ages to find one that was not already taken, it is so tedious these days thinking up new usernames that no one else has already used!
Now however, I am totally happy with my choice, it just fits me well I think and I could not imagine being anyone else on here now.

Well, I have always been KrauseHome since signing up here, and since this is my last name, I am very happy using this name, and in some ways I cannot imagine using any other name. I like yours. and your Cat avatar you use, and it helps me recognize you from there. And since you have no control over the name you have on here, just continue to enjoy it and have Fun in here like you do.

Aww--I like pookie...hehe..I've been using my pyewacket user name ever since I taught myself computers about four years ago...I didn't have a computer of my own until last year, but used the library computers...so whenever I needed a user name I wanted something I could remember easily so viola...used my cat's name, Pyewacket and I've always been very happy with it..in fact, many people says it suits me to a tee.

I like mine the way it is. That way when I do a Helium discussion, people can go to Helium and find my articles under the same name or go to my profile and link there. Then when they link there, I have the same name so they know it's the same person. So I think they both need to be the same to avoid any confusion.
But sometimes, I wish I did have a different name. Not so much on writing sites, but on some others. Thanks and take care

i have thought of doing it myself a couple of times, however never really got down to finding out. glad i got to know now. i think it is only fair as you are known now and have an identity. if they make it easy people will keep changing their ids and you wont recognise friends here.i think it is fair.
