Loosing the "baby" weight

What are some good tips to loose weight fast but in a healthy way? i want to loose at least a good 60lbs before i get pregnant again. how did you all loose the baby weight?

When i got pregnant with my first daughter i gained 100lbs!! it was crazy and then i didnt do much to lose the weight. Finally 6 years later give or take i began losing the weight i have accumalted from the pregnancy and so on. when i was finally at a comfortable weight i got pregnant again with TWINS. i cried for about a week, not becuause i was pregnant or because it was with twins but because i FINALLY got down to a healty weight.. LOL silly i know. but throught the whole pregnancy i only gained 15lbs!! and carried both babies healty for 37 1/2 weeks, they were both good size too 6'6 and 5'13. All the weight i gained was baby weight and nothing more.. Well i ended up losing 25lbs after they were born so it was a win win for me, but i had to have an emergency c-section with the second baby so i acculmaleted some excess body fat with the surgery having to be in bed and what not and then living out of the hospital with my daughter for a week eating all the junk of fast food etc etc. i gained about 15 lbs back. so i decided no junk food or me. I eat choclate once a month, i dont eat ice cream i avoid fast food if i have to have it i go for the chicken.. less grease that way. but mainly my days are prettyt much the same... breakfast is a cup of coffee and a yogurt (7am) mid morning is a water and broccoli and cheese (10am) then i do a half hour of tae bo SUPER FUN!! you can get it free on on demands excersise tv!! then around 12.30 i will have a salad and some sort of sandwhich. then around 2pm i will have some chips or a granola bar some sort of snack. then i drink water water water until dinner time. The at dinner i will have a full course meal with a soda or juciey juice milk wtc tc whatever im i the mood for and then usually im all set for the night but if i do get hungry i will have a prepackaged bwl of cereal just the right serving size and it contents me. Im going to start walking again like i was before but until then i asked my doctor the best weightloss stragey and she told me no diets to just subsitie junk food for water soda for water or juice with less sugar and to have 5 or six small meals a day instead of 3 big meals and thats what i did while i was pregnanyt this last time and it worked then so what the hey?? LOL needless to say my babies are 5 and a half months old and the preppregnancy clothes are TOO BIG for me!! YAY!!! LOL ps oh i forgot to mention... if i cant get the tae bo or 1/2 hour excersise in i just turn n the music ( it keeps the twins content) and i dance for a half hour... there happy and im still burning claories.. ill either dance with them in my arms or dance really goofy for them.. it works reall! good luck!!
